About BACCO
BACCO is the Italian restaurant of Fairmont Hanoi, on level 2: handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas and Mediterranean mains served family-style, with live cooking and a chosen wine list. Look for the sea bass carpaccio with citrus and fennel and the dry-aged Fiorentina steak. Open daily for breakfast from 6.30am to 11am, then for lunch and dinner from 11.30am to 10pm; booking is recommended.
