About Spice Garden
Spice Garden is the modern Vietnamese restaurant of the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, cooking regional specialities from across the country with fresh, seasonal ingredients. There is an intimate dining room and a patio, and traditional Vietnamese music plays live from 7.30pm to 9.30pm, Monday to Saturday. Its chef de cuisine, Dang Minh Duc, has cooked at the hotel for nearly 30 years. Breakfast daily from 6am, lunch Monday to Saturday from 11.30am to 2pm, dinner daily from 6pm to 10pm.
