About La Terrasse
La Terrasse is the Metropole’s pavement brasserie, modelled on the cafés of Paris, with striped corner sofas and French tables looking onto the life of Ngô Quyền. It serves breakfast from 7am to 10.30am and food from 11.30am to 10pm: salads, sandwiches, phở and French desserts, with Champagne and the hotel’s own Vietnamese egg coffee. Drinks from 7am to 10pm.
